WHAT IS THE FOUNDATION ?

The “Bön Children Foundation” is a non-profit corporation founded in the province of Quebec in November 2006 under the Companies Act, Part III.

It is a humanitarian non-governmental organization founded by Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche helped by his friends and students.

The foundation was recognized as a charity organization on the 9th of June, 2009.

Its objectives are:

Help Bön culture by supporting children and young adults Bön refugees in northern India financially and materially by providing assistance and support for their social integration by enabling them to fulfil their basic needs.

Raise Quebecers’ awareness to the needs and poverty of Bön children and young adults worldwide, by holding informational meetings and conferences in schools, social and cultural clubs in the province of Quebec.
